When do I start paying?
Your first 3 seats are free, forever. When you add a 4th team member, we start charging $19/user/month (or $15 annually) for all seats.
What counts as a "session"?
A session is a single conversation with an AI tool: from when you start chatting to when you stop. Long conversations count as one session.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Yes, we offer special pricing for early-stage startups. Contact our sales team to learn more about our startup program.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can invoice annually for Enterprise customers. We process payments securely through Stripe.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security practices, and raw transcripts are never exposed to anyone: not managers, not admins, not us. See our Security page for details.
