Team Setup
Get your entire team on Zaluno. Create an organization, set up attribution rules, and start sharing insights.
Setup steps
Create an organization
From your dashboard, click "Create Organization" in the sidebar. Give it a name that matches your team or company.
Set up attribution rules
Attribution rules automatically assign sessions to your organization based on git remotes or working directories.
github.com/acme-corp/*— matches all repos in your GitHub orggitlab.com/acme-corp/*— matches GitLab repos/Users/*/projects/acme/*— matches local directory patterns
Invite team members
Go to Organization Settings → Members → Invite. Team members receive an email with a link to join. They'll need to install the desktop app on their machines.
Connect Slack (optional)
Enable Slack integration to receive weekly insight digests and real-time notifications in your team channel.
Attribution rules
Attribution rules determine which organization a session belongs to. When someone uses an AI tool in a git repository or directory that matches your rules, the session is automatically attributed to your organization.
Tips for effective attribution
- Use git remote patterns for most accurate attribution
- Directory patterns work well for projects without git
- SSH and HTTPS remotes are matched separately — add both patterns
- More specific patterns take precedence over broad ones
Member roles

- Knowledge base updates — Share new entries with the team automatically
To connect: Organization Settings → Integrations → Add to Slack
About the triage queue
Sessions that don't match any attribution rules go to your personal triage queue. From there, you can manually assign them to an organization or leave them unattributed. This is useful for one-off projects or personal work.
